​What would a summer that stood still in the room look like? This is a jar of stories about the 8 months of isolation I was forced to spend alone during the beginning of COVID 2020. While battling the long wait to go home, I was accompanied only by the internet and the endless sound of cicadas. The summer of 2020 was still long and encroaching on every summer.
